My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is convenient, but the noise from traffic was a bit bothersome. The rooms were decent, with a new bed, but ongoing upgrades affected the overall ambiance. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff being pleasant while others lacked enthusiasm. The dining options were standard, nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an okay choice if you need a place with ongoing improvements.

Upon arrival for check-in after a mobile check-in at 8:55 PM, I encountered some issues with the room such as neglected conditions like broken and chipped wood around the bottom of doors, lack of fans in the bathrooms, no robes offered, and chipped paint. Additionally, I spotted a few bugs in the restroom. However, the hotel did provide a ride to Walmart, but there was a slight hiccup when they couldn't pick up the phone promptly for my return ride due to being engaged with other staff. The location, albeit a bit aged, was comfortable and clean, suitable for business needs in the area, although a bit removed requiring a vehicle. The dining experience, especially with the platinum upgrade at the Intercontinental, was wonderful for an additional $20, offering plenty of fresh fruit and standard breakfast options. Overall, it was a mixed experience with room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean despite being near busy roads, but the loud music and dancing nearby was disturbing. The service was very good and helpful, with accommodating and friendly staff. The location was a bit inconvenient due to being on a one-way street and a toll road, although it was close to various amenities. The dining was overpriced, and the lack of complimentary items was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was nice, but the room on the Executive level was very damp and in need of updating. The service by Eric Walker and the front office staff was friendly and efficient. The dining at the Crystal Ballroom left much to be desired despite the deal offered, and the location on a one-way street and toll road was both nice but expensive.
